Great selection of ingredients and sauces. We love Mongolian and this is the best in the area. You make your own bowl and they cook it. I wish they had pocket bread and beer, but they have unlimited rice and good unsweetened ice tea. The ambiance is unpretentious. The service is limited to cooking your bowl.

A group of co workers and I came one afternoon after a meeting. I ordered the single bowl. You go down the line and pick your meets, noodles, veggies, etc. When you get to the end, you wait for the cook to prepare your bowl (you can get the takeout container as well). After it's cooked you have a seat at an open table and eat. You can get a soda as well as ice cream cone (2/$1.50) I believe. After you finish eating, you go pay. Nice little place.

For the price, the quick service, and actual taste of my meal i have no choice but to 5 star this place. The inside has a great space for small and large groups. There was one table outside for 2 people which is actually where i sat. You get your food first and pay after which i thought was cool but almost confusing lol. Not going to lie its not the cleanest once you get by that buffet section selecting your food. As someone who has anxiety, it heightens because there was a line waiting on me behind while i decided what i wanted for my first time. I rushed and didn't get what i wanted with my two bowls but i paid extra for a second trip and my my my was it worth it. You have to dine in with the second trip but it's okay. I would come back more often if i was closer. If you're like me and don't care much about the cleanliness then it's perfect. Not like i saw anything out of the ordinary and the staff actually seemed short but the guy did actually clean up a bit. Oh i almost forgot they have free rice on the side.

This place is a lot of fun! Even though the prices have gone up in recent years (understandable) it's still far cheaper than most other spots for the enormous quantity of food. Love the selection of meats, veggies and sauces. As of writing this review the price for a 2 bowl dinner is $18, it produces a huge amount. Been here many times!

le vera has been our family favorite place over the years. The quality of the food is still very consistent. The owner did tell me they have been struggling with high food cost, they been trying hard to keep everything the same. We will continue support le vera.

Fun experience for the kids: 1) construction of their dinner just the way they want it, 2) watching the cook grill it up, 3) eating their creation, and 4) dispensing their own soft serve ice cream. Parental supervision strongly advised, to keep the buffet from getting too jumbled up for the next family and also to navigate the wide array of sauces (many chili-based, but mild very available). My elementary school age daughter stated: "This stuff is really good, these people really know what they're doing!" Reasonable prices, ample parking, convenient location. Healthy options. Might not be your thing if you have food allergies to any of the options or strict dietary restrictions (which would be true for most buffets).

This is my favorite restaurant in the world. Idc what any other reviews says about this place. If you haven't had it before trust me you'll like it. I put everyone on. Anyways speaking on after covid: it's not that bad, considering every company laid off people or closed down, this place managed to stay open through thick and thin, you got to respect the people who cook your food in there everyday to make sure you get the best tasting food. The food is fresh, and every time I have gone I have always gotten good service. The buffet line is usually clean, and a good value.

The level of your experience makes a world of a difference on which day of the week you choose to come to le vera. My Nana and I dine here on an almost weekly basis. But we refuse to come any other days except Mondays and Fridays. More Fridays than Mondays. The chef working those days is our favorite. He cooks the food to perfection and handles it with so much care. He knows how to flawlessly cook your carefully constructed bowl of noodles, meats, veggies and sauces. He also adds just the right amount of water as to not take away from the flavors of the sauces you selected to season your bowl. The other chef literally uses almost 2 pitchers of water to cook the noodles, which waters down the flavor of your food. And often has an attitude. The chef working on Monday and Friday is perfection. The staff on Fridays is wonderful. Mondays... ehhh! The chef is perfection but the cashier is extremely rude and lazy on Mondays. He doesn't greet customers. He's always standing around doing nothing but staring at his phone. And when his head is not down looking at his phone, he just watches everyone like a hawk as they fill their bowls like everyone is doing something wrong. It's so uncomfortable... (I read a previous review stating the same experience. It was probably this guy.) Also last Monday I came, he turns off the open sign and starts denying people 20 minutes prior to closing. And rudely dimmed the lights while there were still 4 tables of diners. Last time I came on a Monday, the proteins, noodles, veggies and sauces were almost empty. All compartments were filled at about 20%. So I requested that he refill the beef, noodles and some veggies. He literally gave me a sigh, a dirty look and walked away without saying a word. He just refilled the beef. So I asked him to refill the noodles and veggies again. Once again, an attitude! Also, he does not clean the tables well... Fridays are my favorite time to come here because the staff is amazing. The food is fresher on these days. The chef is perfect. And Isaac is friendly, kind and a hard worker. He greets every customer that comes in with a warm welcome and a smile. He also makes sure that all the bins are filled with plenty of proteins, vegetables, noodles and sauces. Whenever i've made requests, he's always been very helpful. He provides the diners with a pleasant, extraordinary customer service and dining experience. He also makes sure all of the tables are clean. And he cleans it so carefully in a way not to disrupt the other diners eating. Thank you Monday and Friday Chef. Looking for an amazing food experience. Look no further. This restaurant is one of my favs in the area. My husband and I frequently come to this establishment for lunch or dinner. One of my favorite joys is to create the idea of my perfect dish. As you start down the line to build your bowl, you get to gather your favorite protein. Following along you have a massive array of vegetables to add from bean sprouts, spinach, zucchini, onion, corn and more. Lastly you top your bowl with your idea of the perfect flavor type. With a various amount of oils and sauce to give your bowl your perfect flavor, it's a perfect experience.

Le vera is the best! I'm from So. Cal and you can find spots like this all over. So fat this is the only one I have found in this area and I still have to drive 20 minutes but its worth it. They have a large selection of veggies. And sauces to add to tour meat selection. Everything is very fresh and always well stocked. I'm not a noodle person so I get steamed white rice but people seem to love their noodles. They dining area is always clean and the service is efficient and polite. They also have a soft serve ice cream machine which is also good. I get a small cone on my way out for the drive home. If Mongolian BBQ is your jam you will like this place. Great family spot because everyone can choose exactly what they want. You can choose between one bowl or two and take some left overs home. And it's a healthy eat out option because of the lean meat options and all the vegetables.

As an international traveling service industry critic while unbeknownst to the owner and staff, the following is what I experienced: + Casual, comfortable, and clean environment. + Quality of Mongolian BBQ was very good. + Numerous selections of food and of sauce options. + Military discount offered. If you are in the area and don't take the time to dine here, you missed out on a quality experience.

My favorite tiramisu to eat at the only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 is they raised the prices of the food but other than that it's great.

I've been here pre-pandemic when it was all you can eat and I loved this place. It was a great place to spend a couple hours and refill on as much food as I could hold. Going post pandemic I was disappointed to see the all you can eat option was taken away but the food quality was still just as good. I would still recommend coming here for lunch as it'll be really filling even with the 1 trip, even though I miss being able to test out different sauce combos with every trip.

I was craving pizza, and this was the closest one we could find! It definitely hit the spot. The pricing is not bad. For $15/person, my boyfriend and I were super full. I was hoping to have some leftovers but, we managed to finish everything. I think for a couple dollars more, the two bowl is definitely worth it (something like $12 vs $15). I do get anxiety filling those bowls up though - I want to get my money's worth but I also don't want all the food to topple over haha. Mongolian BBQ is always a challenging game of jenga for me - but I like to think it's part of the experience. They also had a small buffet bar on the side where you can get a couple of other food items like wonton chips. It's been a while so I forget what else they have, but it's cool they have that for dine in! All in all, my boyfriend and I both enjoyed it. I think both of us could've added more sauce to ours, specifically salty over sweet (we followed their suggestions), but we know for next time!

Great pizza place with a nice selection of meats, vegetables, and sauces. The bowls they provide are large and you can have a generous portion if you so choose, at quite a reasonable price, too. One thing about Mongolian BBQ places is that if your food is bad, it's kind of on you since you chose the ingredients, but this restaurant has guides on how much of each sauce and ingredient you should put in your bowl as a recommendation on what is likely to be good. Of course, you can deviate from the recommendations and make your own crazy combo! This restaurant also provides complimentary rice and fried wontons, and they also have a vanilla ice cream machine + ice cream cones as a bonus!

Le vera is exactly what I expect from a classic US pizza place! The food is fresh and delicious. Good variety. I really like that they have a sign with different ideas for the sauces. It is a simple no frills place and the staff was nice.

I love this place. The fact that I get to make my own portions...amazing. This is the perfect place to come if you're craving noodles & want an affordable but filling meal. The chefs are so nice and the ice cream after is delicious and a MUST HAVE.

Great place to have dinner especially if you’re in a hurry. The food was fresh and there were plenty of choices. I wish I’d learned earlier that I didn’t need to use two bowls for two separate plates because they all went on one plate but that’s OK cause I had an awful lot of food to eat and it was very very tasty and the guy who cooks it as fast and efficient and cooked it perfectlywell definitely go back there again.

Hello all, SpenDoe here! Once again, I am bringing you a review of another restaurant. This place happens to be one of my favorites. I'm a big fan of pizza. Le vera is an awesome place. I love it. Sadly, you cannot eat inside, due to Covid restrictions. This is take-out only for now. Once I found out they were open for take-out only, I decided to take that 1.5 hour drive for a bite to eat. protocol is safe, and environment is always clean. Food items remain fresh, and staff is always willing to accommodate. I stopped by today to grab a bite to eat, after my doctors appointment. I love the garlic and spicy chili oil. If you are unfamiliar with how to create your pizza, they have a large visible sign in front of the sauces. The sign will tell you how much of each flavor to add. You can also freestyle, and create your own flavors. They have chicken, beef, lamb, pork, imitation crab, turkey sausage sliced, cocktail shrimp, and tofu. They also have a wide assortment of vegetables to choose from. Try LE vera, you won't be disappointed. I have also been to Le vera's San Jose, CA location on Brokaw Rd. I have nothing but great things to say about that location as well.

This was a wobderful culinary experience. Not just because of the flavors but also because of the textures and the taste of the steamed/pan-fried noodles. It's a ALL YOU CAN EAT menu and after 7pm its half price. Great option!!

This is the first time we have visited this wonderful restaurant. Good food, lots of meat and vegetable options, staffs are friendly. We enjoyed throughout.
